Returns + Exchanges

If you have a need to consider refunds and returns - This means we owe you a "thank you!" as you have ordered a product from Bella Diosa.

We will always strive to deliver amazing items to you with a great customer service experience. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

The items you are returning will be refunded, on the condition that it is received by us in perfect, (re)saleable condition, all original labels and tags are attached, and it shows no signs of having been worn or washed.

If a credit note for a exchange is granted, this must be redeemed no longer than 4 weeks from the date of return. After this date we will not be held liable.

Outlet purchases are final.

Strictly no returns on any sale/outlet purchases or exchanges

You must send it back within 14 days since your parcel arrived to your delivery address and we would appreciate if you tell us your intention to send them back to us during the next 7 days you receive them please email info@belladiosauk.com.

If you have chosen click & collect as your method you have 14 days from the date the order is fulfilled by Bella Diosa to return the item. Your 14 days start from the day you are emailed to say it is ready to collect. Anything after this date you will be provided with store credit only if within 4 weeks of purchase. After 4 weeks the items cannot & will not be accepted back.

For international orders you must send Bella Diosa your shipping proof within the 14 days of receipt as your parcel will inevitably take longer to reach Bella Diosa.

The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches Bella Diosa. Therefore, for your own protection, I recommend that you send the item(s) using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the items & that can be tracked so you are aware when Bella Diosa has received the items.

The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of your item being received. Payment will be via the same method used at purchase.

As our items are highly sought after we do offer a Layaway scheme in both stores. An opportunity to pay a deposit to secure your items before they sell out by leaving just a 50% deposit you then have 6 weeks to pay the balance. Layaway must be collected within 6 weeks of purchase. Any layaway not collected within the deadline will unfortunately be put back out for resale & deposit will be lost.

Deposits are none refundable & any item that have been put away on layaway can not be swapped (size, colour or style) Please ensure you are happy with terms before placing items on layaway.
